The two surfaces of the cuff are held together by a clip without screws. This cuff performs better because it only has two flat surfaces. The asymmetric design reduces the distance between the shaft and the surface of the tulip. This makes it much more stable, even when moving a pen that is stationary or rotated, it can be rotated easily.
