Sponser Liquid Energy Ultra gel is a tasty and energizing carbohydrate-fat gel for ultra athletes whose gradual energy supply is based on isomaltulose, glucose, sucrose and waxy corn starch.
Ultra gel contains not only different carbohydrate sources, but also vegetable fats from coconut, olive oil and macadamia nuts. MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides - medium-chain fatty acids) is absorbed directly through the portal vein and metabolized in the liver. Thus, MCT is an easily digestible and easily accessible alternative energy source for athletes.
Ultra gel is enriched with 450 mg of BCAA and 140 mg of sodium.

USE, DOSAGE
One sachet immediately before the competition (or training), then 2 sachets every hour (approx. 50 g of carbohydrates).
In case of use lasting longer than 3 hours, the dose should be increased according to individual needs.
You have to pay attention to the increased fluid intake!!! It is recommended to drink 200 ml of cold water after 1 sachet.
